This affordable dehydrator with stackable drying trays offers a very economical introduction to dehydrating and the smoke-tinted trays offer a good view of the contents as drying progresses. The Hottop KN–128E is also the most compact dehydrator in our range and a good choice where space is limited. As with most stacking tray dehydrators, heat is distributed evenly around the drying area by the fan at the bottom of the unit and trays can be rotated during the drying process to equalize drying times for each tray. Drying is achieved with a miserly power consumption of 250 watts, which means the Hottop is also very cheap to run.
