This stylish and beautifully finished grain mill in solid stone pine is engineered to exacting Austrian standards and is suitable for larger families. The quiet and powerful 360 watt industrial motor will give years of reliable service. Assembly and access to the hopper requires no tools and the insulation between the motor and the millstone keeps the operating temperature low to preserve vital nutrients. These East Tyrolean household mills can be used to process all types of dry grain as well as oilseeds and maize. The milling chamber is self-cleaning. The all important millstone will not wear out and it produces all textures from the lightest and finest flour to coarse grist. Rotating the hopper adjusts the flour texture with a simple, easy to read scale printed on its circumference.
