- 2 Large Tomatoes
- 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ a Red Pepper
- ½ a Stick of Celery
- ¼ of a Red Onion
- ½ a Clove of Garlic
- Fresh Green or Red Chilli (to taste)
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Small Bunch of Fresh Corainder
A raw salsa makes a superb, healthy addition to any meal. Simply wash and prepare all the ingredients; the salsa can be made in one of two ways.
Firstly, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to the desired consistency. Serve as a dip with raw vegetable crudities or corn tortillas and salad, or a side dish with any meal.
