      Chopper's Raw Salsa

      • 2 Large Tomatoes
      • 8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
      • ½ a Red Pepper
      • ½ a Stick of Celery
      • ¼ of a Red Onion
      • ½ a Clove of Garlic
      • Fresh Green or Red Chilli (to taste)
      • Juice of 1 Lime
      • Small Bunch of Fresh Corainder

      A raw salsa makes a superb, healthy addition to any meal. Simply wash and prepare all the ingredients; the salsa can be made in one of two ways.

      Firstly, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to the desired consistency. Serve as a dip with raw vegetable crudities or corn tortillas and salad, or a side dish with any meal.
