The Adjustable thermostat allows perfect drying every time and square tray design increases drying area over dehydrators with round trays. The wide temperature range provides for delicate low temperature drying and preservation of enzymes in raw food and higher temperature food drying to ensure safety for meat jerky, fish etc. Five polycarbonate drying trays come as standard giving eight square feet of drying area and these are dishwasher safe.
