An excellent juicer!
Before we bought this from you we had tried a cheaper juicer and ended up getting two replacements under warranty! When the third juicer failed I resigned myself to paying more and took your telephone advice, which I found very helpful and well-informed. The Matstone is brilliant! It has to juice ginger, carrot, apple and beetroot every day. Cleaning is very easy, apart from the mesh filter, and even that only takes a minute. The only problem we’ve encountered has been that the three screws holding the fastening ring on to the motor body work loose over a period of a few weeks. I’m very wary of over-tightening them, so when the whole assembly feels loose when ready for use I get the screwdriver out. If it wasn’t for this, the juicer would get 10/10 from me. I will take your advice of putting a glue on the screws next time I tighten them. By the way, we don’t use the strainer, as the small fibres are part of the juice experience!

Brilliant Multipurpose Machine
Since I have bought this machine I have used it consistently everyday. The juices are amazing, my boyfriend has made pasta and pesto sauce which was amazing. It is certainly a very versatile machine however my only concern is that some of the plastic components have already started wearing away although nothing has broken I would have thought this wouldn't have happened yet but it still works perfectly fine. I got the chrome version which isn't too bad to clean. Cleaning wise its quite simple and not too much fuss for a slow masticating juicer takes a couple of minutes and comes with a small brush to get into the nitty gritty parts and is well worth the while for all the extra nutrients you get. Since I researched juicing quite in-depth this piece of kit is excellent value for money considering that a standard juicer, which heats up during the juicing process can destroy a lot of nutrition, whereas a slow mastication juicer which produces no heat retains the value of why we want to juice in the first place. Big thumbs up!
