The products fall into two classifications, either Ex-Display or Ex-Demonstration. An Ex-Display product has been taken out of the box but never used, so it is effectively 'as new'. An Ex-Demonstration product is one that has been used on one or two occasions, either for a demonstration or a product test.
We sometimes get these bargains as a result of people returning things under the cooling off period. Others are products we have sent to magazines for testing and review, others might have been sent to photo shoots. For whatever reason, they are all products that are no longer absolutely brand new in their box, so we offer a great discount on them.
