Lurch Catto Vegetable Sheet Slicer

The Lurch Catto Sheet Slicer will cut thin, continuous sheets from firm-fleshed fruit and vegetables up to 10.5cm wide.
Use it for courgette, radish, kohl rabi, apples, squash, potatoes, beets & more. The vegetable sheets can be used as wraps, as a pasta substitute for lasagne, for healthy sushi rolls, for layering in recipes – the possibilities are endless.
