Lurch Base & Soul Drum Grater

The Lurch Base & Soul Drum Grater is a rotary grater or mouli with fine and coarse grating drums and a slicing drum for making slaws, salads, garnishes and grated cheese. Its suction base clamp locks it firmly to any smooth worktop and there’s also a screw in clamp for fixing to the edge of a suitable work surface or table. It’s also easier to turn than most rotary drum graters because it has a 2:1 gear ratio between the handle and the drums. The base and soul concept from German brand Lurch means that the base of the grater can be used with all the other ‘soul’, or top parts in the range which include a slow juicer attachment and a mincer grinder, making this a very versatile little kitchen machine.
