The Stockli Dehydrator with 12 Hour Timer and Stainless Steel Mesh Trays is a compact, small footprint, stackable food dehydrator that has expandable capacity where you add up to ten trays. Thermostatic control allows gentle preservation with low temperature drying or food safe drying of meat and fish products at higher temperatures.
The design of the Stockli Dehydrator With Stainless Steel Trays & 12 Hour Timer facilitates temperature controlled drying throughout its three deep trays with the option of adding up to seven further trays to increase the drying area. It dries evenly throughout the tray area with variable, thermostatically controlled drying temperatures up to 70ºC (158°F) while using an economical (maximum) 600 watts of power. This dehydrator features a safety cut-out with automatic reset. The 33.5 cm circular base provides a compact footprint for the Stockli making it ideal where space is at a premium, while still offering a good drying area.
The baffles on the fan distribute heat more evenly with a clever series of concentric outlets in the base of the dehydrator. As well as having an integral 12 hour timer, the lid also has a useful time indicator that you can set by hand, to indicate either start or finish time for the produce you are drying. The instruction manual also gives an easy guide to the art of dehydrating with recipes and drying times. Additional trays can be purchased separately.

Very good
I have been using this dehydrator for quite a while now and it is so quite so can go on at night with the timer. The silicon sheets are a must with it for crackers and granola etc. Love it.

Swiss made – I could stop there. The unit I received is the one with timer and stainless trays. Ordered extra trays to take its capacity to its limit of 10 trays. An excellent dryer, quiet and efficient. It has ran almost constantly since its arrival. Not new to dehydrating food. Been at it for about 30 years. Highly recommended.
