The milling side of this elegant combination contains the same technology as the Fibidus XL large capacity grain mill, while the crusher and flaker unit is the same as the Flocman electric grain roller. This provides all your milling and flaking needs in one convenient kitchen location at a lower cost than buying separate machines.

While the grain mill side is suited to dry ingredients like grains and pulses, the flaker side can also process oilseeds like flax as well as the usual cereal flakes for nutritious homemade porridge and muesli. The rollers are fully adjustable with a simple knob and you can modify the adjustment range from standard if you wish. The extremely durable nickel free stainless roller unit is easy to remove for periodic cleaning and the independent 140 watt motor means you can run the mill and the flaker either separately or at the same time.
