We like it when some careful thought has obviously gone into the design of an orange juicer. The patented Quadra-Fin™ tritan juicing cone presents the perfect profile to extract every drop of juice from the inside of any half citrus fruit, from limes to grapefruits. It’s gorgeous and it works brilliantly – what more could you ask?

The unique reaming cone is designed for perfect juice extraction from all sizes of citrus fruit, so this is more than just an orange juicer. The quiet but powerful motor effortlessly squeezes the fruit when hand pressure is applied to the three hinge design pull down lever. The safety cut out means that the Sage Citrus Press will only operate when pressure is applied to the juicing lever with a half citrus fruit in position on the juicing cone. Because of the angled juicing parts, the juicing handle applies even pressure throughout the pressing action.

Having the pull down lever and top cone avoids the issue of sticky fingers, which can sometimes be a drag with orange juicers where you hold the half fruit directly in your hand to press it. The juice passes through a filter basket and out of the drip free pop up juicing spout. The spout has a clever juice cut off valve that seals when you close it, avoiding mess on the counter when you remove your glass of juice. At this price point, its hard for us to recommend a better thought out citrus juicer. Buy with confidence!
