Waldners range of East Tyrolean household grain mills can be used to process all types of dry grain as well as pulses, corn, spices and seeds. The milling chamber of the Waldner Single Grain Mill is self-cleaning with self-sharpening corundum based millstones that don’t wear out. It can produce a range of textures from extra fine flour to coarse grist. Rotating the hopper adjusts the flour texture with a simple, easy to read scale printed on its circumference. Once it’s adjusted there’s a locking screw on the side of the drum to hold it in place.
Fresh bread is even fresher and more delicious when made with freshly milled homemade flour, with more of the grain’s nutrition left intact. The elegant Waldner Single Grain Mill will grace even the smallest of kitchens with its compact footprint, but it still produces 120grams per minute of flour on the fine setting.
