Although the Green Star Pro is guaranteed and certified for commercial use, we wouldn’t recommend it for a busy juice bar where you are serving a queue. For cold pressed juice in a busy environment there are other choices we would recommend (see associated product to the right) but for a small commercial juice bottling operation where you are pre-making cold pressed juice, it represents a great value option and also claims to offer better juice shelf life with its bio-ceramic magnets in the gears.

In our opinion this machine comes into its own for the premium home user, and it should be of particular interest to people using juicing as part of a nutritional therapy to combat illness, or simply to people who want the best possible nutritional qualities in their juice. The commercial certification that comes with this Tribest juicer means you can be confident that this is a very robust and durable machine and the all stainless steel jumbo twin gears will probably outlast any owner!

The new screen scraper tool significantly reduces the time taken at clean up, which is a big plus since twin gear models do require a bit more care than other types. The small amount of extra patience using a juicer like this is rewarded with a big bonus in juice quality and as well as giving you great nutrient content, rich colours and intense flavours, the Green Star Pro is one of a few juicers where most people will never feel the need to sieve the juice before drinking.

We’re not sure that the pocket for the pusher on the back of the machine is such a bonus and we think the designer was probably a bit stuck for ideas on that day, but we are sure that this upgraded model is still easily the best Twin Gear Juicer on the planet at the time of its release!
